PHELAN Stuart Edgar Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday 2nd February 2019 aged 53. Beloved son of Edgar and Jean, loving brother of Barry and Andrew and much loved Uncle to Lucy, Jimmy, Archie, Lilly and Alfie. Funeral Service to be held at South Downs Natural Burial Site, Petersfield, GU32 1HR on Tuesday 19th February at 11am. Family flowers only please.
