THOMAS Patricia (née Osbaldstone) Patricia Thomas sadly passed away on the evening of 10th November. Mum to Claire and Richard, Mother-in-Law to David and Jacqui, Sister to Margaret and a much loved Nan and Great-Nan. Reunited with her late Husband Jim. Missed and loved by all. Private family cremation and family flowers only. Donations to Pancreatic Cancer UK.
