HART JOAN (FORFITT) NEE BAKER Passed away on Thursday 5th November aged 87. Reunited with her beloved husband Alex and her daughter Sandra. Sadly missed by daughter April, Son In Law John, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service to take place at Wessex Vale Crematorium on Monday 30th November 2020 at 3.15pm.
