BROWN TRACEY JANE NEE SWAIN Passed away peacefully on April 30th 2011 at Southampton General Hospital after a short illness with her Family at her side, aged 44 years. So quietly you fell asleep, the one I loved but could not keep. We saw you suffer, heard you sigh, all we could do was just sit by. A smile for all, a heart of gold, one of the best this world could hold. I miss you and always will. All my love Babe. Steve. XXX ---------- The Funeral Service will be held at Southampton Crematorium, East Chapel on Tuesday 17th May at 3.30 p.m. Family flowers only but donations can be made payable to the Macmillan Cancer Trust c/o Simply Funerals.
