UPTON Patricia Ann Martin and Marion wish to thank all Family and Friends who attended Trish's funeral. Thank you all for your kind words of sympathy, cards and donations. Our sincere gratitude is extended to everyone at Countess Mountbatten, So'ton District Nurse Team, So'ton Palliative Care Team, to all the Carers from URS and iCare, Thank You all for your specialist attention during the final stages of Trish's life. Special thanks to the Reverend Sheena Williams for making our farewell so special and memorable and to the Co-Op Funeralcare (Bitterne Park) for the respect and professionalism shown. Please accept this as a personal Thank You to you all xxx
