Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Southampton Clubs Ltd in respect of Premises Kelly's Bar (to be known as Black Diamond), 35-41 London Road, Southampton, SO 15 2AD applied to Southampton City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol until 05:00 the following day Monday to Sunday and to extend vie terminal hour for recorded music, performance of dance and entertainment of a like kind until 06:00 the following day Monday to Sunday. To extend the start time for sale of alcohol, recorded music, performance of dance and entertainment of a like kind to commence 10:00 Monday to Sunday. To add Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 06:00 Monday to Sunday. To extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open from 10:00 and dose at 06:30 the following day Monday to Sunday. To add additional non-standard timings for British Summer Time and New Year's Eve/Day as detailed in the application. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant To add permission for live music from lOflO until 0600 the following day Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA, no later than 31st July 2019 stating the grounds for representation.
