NOTICE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER EASTLEIGH BOROUGH COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 8 OF SCHEDULE 14 THE EASTLEIGH BOROUGH COUNCIL (FOOTPATH NUMBERED 54 ON THE DEFINITIVE MAP FOR EASTLEIGH) DIVERSION ORDER 2017

In accordance with section 257 and paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to the above Act, notice Is hereby given that on 23 June 2020 Eastlelgh Borough Council certified that the alternative right of way required under the terms of Article 3 of the above order had been created to its reasonable satisfaction.

The order has now taken effect. Date: 29 June 2020
