BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(DISABLED PARKING SPACES) (PHASE 1) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to
(3), 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management
Act 2004.
Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are:-
1. To introduce the disabled parking spaces as stated in Schedule 1.
2. To remove the disabled parking spaces as stated in Schedule 2.
The Order was made on the 15th day of March 2021 and will come into operation on the 22nd day of March 2021.

Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the
powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 17tn day of March 2021, make application for this
purpose to the High Court. Dated this 17th day of March 2021
