LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence We Quob Park Estate Limited hereby give notice that We have applied on 9 September 2021 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence* for the premises known as: The Barn at Quob Park Quob Park, Titchfield Lane, WICKHAM, Hampshire (PO17 5PG) The application is for: Sale of Alcohol* The Barn at Quob Park (Title: HP610801) used for the management of Quob Park Estate, including its Vineyard, Winery, Orchard and Potager, will look to sell produce to the general public, for consumption on and off the site in relation to Wine Tastings, Dine in the Vines, Picnics, Tours, Tasting Events and Tourism. This would reduce the need to use the already licensed Vintage Bar Box located within Quob Park (Title: HP593940) when these activities are conducted from The Barn. Produce to include, hot and cold food, and alcohol. Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 22:00. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 7 October 2021; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
