NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Licensing Authority at Southampton City Council for a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.


The Licensable activities are the supply of alcohol on the premises and the provision of Regulated Entertainment, facilities for entertainment and Late Night Refreshment.


Details of the application are as follows:- Name of Applicant: Neil Homer. Postal Address of the Premises: RoXX, Triad House, Lower Banister Street, Southampton SO15 2EH


Brief description of proposed application for the premises:- Licensing of a premises for supply of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment and facilities for regulated entertainment. A copy of the Statutory Register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown being Licensing office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY between 0900 to 1200 or between 1400 to 1600 Monday to Friday, or on the Council website at http://www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on the matter must submit these representations in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. Written representations may also be made by email to licensing@southampton.gov.uk. Telephone 02380 832749 Licensing Team. Any representations will be notified to the applicant and will be considered by the Licensing Authority.


Please note it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
