NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that application has been made to the Licensing Authority at Southampton City Council for a variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensing activities affected by this variation are supply of alcohol on the premises, the provision of regulated entertainment, the provision of late night refreshment.
Details of the Application are as follows: Name of the Applicant, Southampton Football Club Limited Postal address of the Premises: St Mary's Stadium, Britannia Road, Southampton SO14 5FP
Brief description of proposed variation to the premises:
I. The extension of all licensable activities under current terms and conditions of the existing premises licence to a new hospitality suite to be opened on the second floor of the East Stand of the stadium to be known as the "Saints Bar".
A copy of the Statutory Register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown being Licensing office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY between 0900 to 1200 or between 1400 to 1600 Monday to Friday, or on the Council website at http://www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register.
Any responsible authority orinterested partywishing tomake representations on the matter must submit these representations in writing to The Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO18 9LA by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. Written representations may also be made by email to licensing@southampton.gov.uk. Telephone 02380 833002 Licensing Team.
Any representations will be notified to the applicant and will be considered by the Licensing Authority.

Please note it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
