Regulation 25 Notice

TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I/WE Casa Brasil (Brighton) Limited
do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises to use or permit the use of premises
known as
Unit 1 West Quay Brighton Marina East Sussex BN2 5UT
Or the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

1. The playing of recorded music from 11:00hrs - 00:30hrs Monday to Thursday 11:00hrs - 01:00hrs Friday to Saturday 11:00hrs - 23:30hrs Sunday and Bank Holidays.
2. The supply of alcohol from 11:00hrs - 00:00hrs Monday to Thursday11:00hrs -00:30hrs Friday to Saturday11:00hrs - 23:00hrs Sunday and Bank Holidays.
3. The provision of late night refreshment from 11:00hrs -00:30hrs Monday to Thursday 11:00hrs - 01:00hrs Friday to Saturday 11 :00hrs - 23:30hrs Sunday and Bank Holidays.
*in the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Heath & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 16th May 2016 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gove.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summery conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
*28 days starting the day after applying to the Licensing Authority This notice shall be published in a local newspaper or, if there is none, in a local newsletter, circular or similar document, circulating in the area of the premises, on at least one occasion during the period of ten working days starting on the day after the day on which the application was given to the relevant Licensing Authority.
