Notice is hereby given that The Royal Air Force Yacht Club, Riverside House, Rope Walk, Hamble, Southampton, SO31 4HD has applied to Eastleigh Borough Council, Licensing Team, PO Box 1344,
Southampton, SO15 1WQ for a VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE.
The application is to alter times of live music, recorded music and performances of dance together with change of supply of alcohol. Live Music:- Monday – Thursday 7.30pm – 11pm; Friday and
Saturday 7.30pm – 1am; Sunday 12 noon – 10.30pm. Recorded Music:-Monday – Thursday 10am – 11pm; Friday and Saturday 10am – 1am; Sunday 12 noon – 10.30pm. Performances of Dance:- Monday – Thursday
10am – 11pm; Friday and Saturday 10am – 1am ; Sunday 12 noon – 10.30pm. Supply of Alcohol:- Monday – Thursday 10am – 11pm; Friday and Saturday 10am – 1am; Sunday 12 noon – 10.30pm. Activities –
outside, The Club will on occasions have live music or recorded music, supply of alcohol on the outside grass and terrace.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by submitting a completed representation form to Environmental Services, Eastleigh Borough Council, Civic Offices, Leigh
Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN by Wednesday 20th June, 2012. A copy of the form to make representations on can be downloaded from the Council’s web site or by telephoning 02380 834209.
The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East,
Southampton, SO15 1YG or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received
by them between the 18th May, 2012 and 15th June, 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not
exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
