The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts 12/00380/FULLN & 12/00382/LBWN - Formation of water feature and erection of brick built steps with iron railings - Upton Manor, Upton Road, Linkenholt, Andover 12/00428/FULLN, 12/00429/FULLN & 12/00430/LBWN - Erection of detached building incorporating 8 letting rooms & Single storey extension to form kitchen and dining room together with insertion of 1 no. conservation rooflight, internal alterations and demolition of part of the Listed Building - The George Inn, High Street, Vernham Dean, Andover 12/00221/FULLN - Erection of dwelling together with associated works including provision of cycle store – Copperknobs, High Street, Stockbridge 12/00417/FULLN - Extensions and alterations to roof at first floor level to include rear balcony, replacement dormer windows and alterations to chimney. Alterations to garage and porch roof to provide front canopy. Changes to external materials for roof, walls, windows and doors. Relocation of oil tank, landscaping and alterations to driveway including retaining wall, decking to rear and rendering brick piers (amended scheme) – Heronbrook, King Lane, Over Wallop, Stockbridge 12/00441/FULLN - Erection of front single storey extension to provide kitchen/diner, replace and alter dormer windows, windows and doors - Barn Cottage, Hurstbourne Tarrant, Andover 12/00443/FULLN & 12/00459/LBWN - Erection of single storey side extension to provide sitting room and kitchen with terrace, Erection of porch - Elm Tree Cottage, Wildhern, Andover The applications, plans and other documents submitted with an application are available for public inspection at Reception, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, during normal office hours. Applications may also be viewed on the Council’s website Any comments about an application should be received by the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying. In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage Paul Jackson, Head of Planning and Building
