Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
I, Lord Jamilur Rahman, hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Chowdhury’s Curry Lounge, 206 Shirley Road, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 3FL
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows:
To extend the licensable area to include the first floor, and for the supply of alcohol to include both on and off the premises Mondays to Sundays: 12:00 – 00:00. Other existing activities will not
change: Late night refreshment and recorded music Mondays to Sundays 12:00 – 00:00.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between
09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by
them between the 30th August 2011 and the 27th September 2011.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not
exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
