LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, The Parochial Church Council of The Ecclesiastical Parish of St John The Evangalist Hedge End. Hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:

Name and postal address of premises: The Underbill Centre, St Johns Road, Hedge End, Hampshire, SO30 4AF The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:

The sale of retail of acohol (consumption ON and OFF the premises) Monday Sunday between 10.00hrs to 22.30hrs

An exhibition of films Monday Friday between 12.00hrs Saturday Sunday between 09.30hrs to 22.30hr


Indoor Sporting event: Monday Friday between 10.00hrs to 22.30hrs Saturday between 09.30hrs to 22.30hrs Sunday between 12.00hrs to 22.30hrs.


Performance of live music: Monday Friday between 10.00hrs to 22.30hrs Saturday Sunday between 09.30hrs to 22.30hrs


Playing of Recorded Music: Monday Friday between 10.00hrs to 22.30hrs.

The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, SO50 9YN or the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am - 12pm and from 2-4pm or online at www.licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the 11th August 2017 and  8th September 2017. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
