LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE BRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, The Southampton Nuffield Theatre Trust Ltd. Hereby give notice that it have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:

STUDIO 144, LAND BETWEEN 136 - 166 ABOVE BAR STREET, SOUTHAMPTON, S014 7DU.

The application is for sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises) The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of:

(a) a performance of a play;
(b) an exhibition of a film;
(c) an indoor sporting event;
(e) a performance of live music;
(f) any playing of recorded music;
(g) a performance of dance;
(h) entertainment of a similar description to that falling within paragraph (e), (f) Dr (g), where the entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience and is provided for the purpose, or for purposes which include the purpose, of entertaining that audience. Between the hours of 07.00 to 00.00 every day.
The provision of late night refreshment Between the hours of 23.00 to 00.00 everyday.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton S014 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www. 5outhampton.gov.uk/1a03register Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SQ18 9LA so as to be received by them between the 17 AUGUST 2017 and 14 SEPTEMBER 2017. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
