PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Eastleigh Borough Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 1 st September 2017. Applicant: Miss Meg Harris & Mr Martin Phelps. Address of premises: The Botley Brewery, Botley mills, Mill hill, Botley Southampton, S0302GY.

Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption on the Premises. Provision of the Following Licensing Activities: Live Music; Recorded Music; Anything Of A Similar Nature & Late Night RefreshmenL The sale by retail of alcohol both on and off premises: Monday - Sunday 11:00 -23:00 The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected at Eastleigh house, Upper market street Eastleigh SO50 9YN or the Licensing office City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY between 09:00-12:00 or 14:00-16:00, or online at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767 Southampton S018 9LA. with in 28 days of the date of this notice -by the 29th September 2017. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
