PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Eastleigh Borough Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 1st September 2017. Applicant: Miss Meg Harris & Mr Martin Phelps. Address of premises: The Botley Brewery, BotJey Mills, Mill Hill, Botley Southampton, SO30 2GY. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: Licensing Activities: Recorded Music

The sale by retail of alcohol: Monday - Sunday 11:00 -23:00 The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected at Eastleigh house, Upper market street, Eastleigh SO50 9YN or the Licensing office City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SOI4 7LY between 09:00 - 12:00 or 14:00 - 16:00, or online at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767 Southampton S018 9LA. with in 28 days of the date of this notice -by the 01" October 2017. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
