PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES UCENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OFTHE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Southampton City Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 4th Ocotber 20l7.Applicant Shell UK Oil Products Limited. Address of premises: Shell Bassett, Bassett Avenue, Southampton, SO 16 7LQ. Proposed variation to the licensable activities:

1. Change the footprint of the premise.
2. Change the internal layout of the premise and therefore update the plan attatched to the premises licence.
3. Remove an outdated condition from the licence and replace it with an updated condition.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the following address: The Licensing Department, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 1st November 2017.The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Licensing Office, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY between 09.00 and 12.00 or between 14.00 and 16.00 Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000. Lockett & Co - duly authorised agents
