DISTRICT OF NEW FOREST (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2018 ST JOHN'S CAR PARK HYTHE -DE LISTING OF CAR PARK
Notice is hereby given that on 26 February 2018, New Forest District Council, with the consent of Hampshire County Council, made the above named Order in exercise of its powers under sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers. The Order comes Into effect on 6 April 2018. The Order brings into effect the provision of the draft District of New Forest (Off-Street Parking Places) Amendment Order No.2 of 2017.
The effect of the Order is to amend the District of New Forest (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2005, as amended ("the Principal Order"), by removing from Part II of the Schedule to the Order: St John's Car Park, Hythe as a parking place applicable to the Principal Order. A copy of the Order, together with the Principal Order, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, and a plan of the parking place, may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's Offices at Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, S043 7PA and The Grove, St Johns Street, Hythe, Southampton, S045 6BZ. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or any instrument and under it has not been complied with may within 6 weeks from 26 February 2018 make an application to the High Court for this purpose.
