Winchester City Council has received an application from Waltham Festivals Ltd, 36 Oak Road, Bishops Waltham, Southampton, Hampshire, S032 1EP for a New Premises Licence for Hoe Road, Recreation Ground, Hoe Road, Bishops Waltham, Hampshire.
The purpose of the application is to provide licensable activities as detailed below:-
* Supply of Alcohol (On Sales) 1600 to 2300 on Friday 13th July 2018
* Supply of Alcohol (On Sales) 1200 to 2300 on Saturday 14th July 2018
* Live Music 1600 to 2300 on Friday 13th July 2018
* Live Music 1200 to 2300 on Saturday 14th July 2018
* Performance of Dance 1600 to 2300 on Friday 13th July 2018
* Performance of Dance 1200 to 2300 on Saturday 14th July 2018
* Recorded Music 1600 to 2300 on Friday 13th July 2018
* Recorded Music 1200 to 2300 on Saturday 14th July 2018

Representations from Responsible Authorities or any other parson must be received at Winchester City Council offices no later than 15th May 2018. Only written representations that relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives can be considered. The licensing objectives are:
* The prevention of crime and disorder
* Public safety
* The prevention of public nuisance
* The protection of children from harm

Representations must clearly set out the likely effects the grant of the licence would have on the promotion of at least one of the licensing objectives, and must clearly relate to the premises for which application is being made.
The Act requires the Council to disregard representations that are considered to be frivolous or vexatious or repetitive.
