LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Boozy Berry Ltd T/A Nook Bar and Kitchen Hereby give notice that it have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Postal address of premises: 20-22 Havelock Chambers, Queens Terrace, S0143BQ
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol
Mon-Sun1000-2330
The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of: (b) an exhibition of a film Mon - Sun 0800 - 2330
(e) a performance of live music Mon - Sun 1000 - 2330

(f) any playing of recorded music Mon - Sun 0800 - 2330

(g) a performance of dance Mon-Sun 1100-2330

The provision of late night refreshment. Mon - Sun 2300 - 2330 The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton S014 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the intemetatwww.southampton.gov.uk/la03register Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the 23.08.2018 and 20.09.2018. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
