We, Blue Diamond UK Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied on 26/10/2018 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Brambridge Park Garden Centre, Kiln Lane, Brambrldge, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 6HT. The effect of the variation Is for:

(Details) The purpose of the application Is as detailed below:
To expand the llcensable area In accordance with the submitted plan, to cover the whole premises for llcensable activities.
To add Live Music as a llcensable activity, as follows: Monday and Tuesday 08:30 to 18:00; Wednesday to Friday 08:30 to 20:00; Saturday 08:30 to 18:30; Sunday 10:00 to 17:30.
To add Recorded Music as a licensable activity, as follows: Monday and Tuesday 08:30 to 18:30; Wednesday to Friday 08:30 to 20:00; Saturday 08:30 to 18:30; Sunday 08:30 to 17:30.
To add Performance of Dance as a licensable activity, as follows: Monday and Tuesday 08:30 to 18:00; Wednesday to Friday 08:30 to 20:00; Saturday 08:30 to 18:30; Sunday 08:30 to 17:30.
To extend Supply of alcohol timings as follows: Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 00:00; Sunday 10:00 to 23:30. To also amend the Supply of Alcohol terms to permit consumption both on and off the premises.
To specify the hours during which the premises are open to the public, as follows: Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 18:30; Sunday 10:00 to 16:00.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9U, to arrive by 25 November 2018; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
