On 09/06/2017 Foreman Homes Ltd. submitted outline planning application P/17/0681/OA to Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Hampshire, P016 7AZ for up to 150 Dwellings, community garden, associated landscaping, amenity areas and a means of access from Posbrook Lane at Land East of Posbrook Lane, Titchfleld. The application is subject to planning appeal APP/A1720/W/18/3199119 which commenced on 20/04/2018.
