Notice is given that B & C Restaurants Limited t/a McDonalds has applied to Southampton City Council on 20th May 2019 for the variation of a premises licence for the use the premises at Green Park Road, Southampton, SO 16 9SH, for provision of ate night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink The Variation is to update the plans currently attached to the Premises Licence to show a change of layout following a refurbishment at the restaurant The relevant Licensing Authority is Southampton City Council and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, SO 14 7LY between OWX) and 12:00 or between 1400 and 16.00 Mondays to Fridays or on the internet at
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 17th June 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation Co the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
