I became a journalist in 1977 and joined the Daily Echo in 1994, having previously worked at the Gosport office of Portsmouth’s local paper, The News. I tend to cover court cases, major planning applications, and issues affecting the New Forest. My hobbies include walking in the Forest, exploring historic corners of London, and visiting Paris as often as I can.
