AN ESTATE agents will bring a holiday park, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, to the market.
Savills has been instructed by the owners of Appuldurcombe Gardens Holiday Park in Wroxall, to sell it with a price of £2.98 million.
The 12 acre park features amenity buildings including a bar with an entertainment complex, an outdoor heated swimming pool, toilet and shower facilities, café, shop and laundrette.
The site is currently comprised of 40 static caravan plots, one lodge, two apartments and 134 touring caravan or camping pitches with planning permission to develop additional touring and camping pitches.
There are also two period residential houses included with the property.
