"From that point on, we are in a position to process the conveyancing for purchases in all future phases across the site quickly and efficiently, well within the 28 days that most developers want."

The firm has has also created a ‘Post Completion’ administrative team that manages the exchange of paperwork, signing of contracts and confirmation of sale.

"Designated staff liaise with developer clients through weekly updates in order to maintain a close working relationship,’ says Catherine. ‘Now, in addition to pitching for work from new clients who express an interest in our services, we are being referred to developers across the country," said Catherine.

The firm charges a fixed fee for its conveyancing services.
