Bond Williams Professional Recruitment has welcomed a fourth consultant to its Southampton team.

Emma Rudd joins business manager, Carole Conner, and two other recruitment consultants at the Ocean Village Innovation Centre. Following a successful career with NatWest, where she was customer service manager for the majority of her 14 years there, Emma will be returning to her recruitment routes.

As recruitment consultant, she will be helping the office an commercial division to place suitable candidates in permanent and temporary roles.

Her background in financial services and knowledge of role types and sought-after candidates will be particularly invaluable. Emma will also play a key role in maintaining relationships with existing clients and engaging new employers across Hampshire.

Emma said: “I’ve lived and worked in Southampton all my life and have an intricate knowledge of the local job market, but also what candidates are looking for. I’m really looking forward to taking a consultative approach to supporting candidates and providing advice on which direction they can take their career in.”

This is the latest in a series of business growth developments for Bond Williams in the last 12 months. Not only has the recruitment agency expanded the team at its head office in Bournemouth, but it has opened two new offices in Southampton and Oxford.
