STAFF at the Southampton offices of accountants BDO Stoy Hayward have said "buenos dias" to new Spanish courses launched by the company.
The language classes, run by MBS Language Training, are proving hugely popular and are part of the office's Well @ BDO programme, which aims to encourage staff to mix informally.
Massage therapy in the office and discounted gym membership are other perks enjoyed by the 198 staff at the Ocean Village offices.
Guy Robinson, human resources partner at the Southampton office of BDO Stoy Hayward, said: "This programme provides our staff with a range of benefits that can help improve their working environment, as well as their general well-being.
"So far the programme has been a huge success and we hope that with ongoing feedback and input from staff we will continue to develop the programme in line with staff needs and interests."
