HAMBLE based water purification manufacturer Stella-Meta has been brought by PTF Engineering, part of the Chandler's Ford based Rolwey group.
The deal will expand the range of services currently offered by PTF to include the supply and maintenance of water purification units, training and logistical support along with mechanical maintenance services to the Ministry of Defence. Mike Worley, managing director of Rolwey group, said: "We are delighted that Stella-Meta is now part of PTF Engineering.
"We have been a supplier to Stella-Meta for a number of years and we recognise the company's knowledge and status in this specialist market." The Rolwey group, established in the 70s,comprises of PTF Engineeering, Blue Diamond Technologies and Race-Tec NAK, supplier of high performance seals to the motor industry including Formula One race teams.
