Having left BNP Paribas Real Estate at the end of last year, Robert Haynes, David Ferriman and Steven Williams along with founding partner Stuart Cook are making waves in the regional property market under their new Realest banner.

Whilst Realest is a relatively new name in the commercial property world, the team has 75 years combined experience in the South Coast market and they have been advising major public and private sector clients initially through Chesterton, then Atis Real and most recently, BNPPRE.

Realest are a multi-disciplined general practice surveying firm with four main areas of expertise: Agency, Professional Services, Building Consultancy and Consulting.

Steven Williams, Head of Agency said: "The initial response from our clients and the market in general has been fantastic, evidenced by the number of key instructions secured since the start of the year, across all our disciplines."

"We will shortly be bringing The Director General’s House to the market, an iconic building in the city centre, which along with three to four other key instructions, including Mountbatten House, Cumberland House and Oceana House, firmly establishes Realest as one of the leading agencies in Southampton."

However, it is not just Realest’s Agency team which has hit the ground running. There has also been significant wins for both the Professional Services and Building Consultancy teams, whilst another notable success story for the firm is the recent acquisition of Cumberland House for Kingsbridge Estates, orchestrated by Stuart Cook who heads up the Consulting team.

Stuart adds:

"For us the key to securing new business is using our exceptional market knowledge, understanding our clients’ business needs and our unique director lead approach to every instruction.
