Postnatal yoga

Relax, stretch and breathe with postnatal yoga classes.

My postnatal yoga classes combine gentle stretches to help rebuild physical strength, breathing techniques to slay away negativity and relaxation to help the body to rest. It provides a pathway to inner confidence and calm, promoting feelings of health and vitality which inspires and influences how you nuture your baby.

New mums will have to wait until after their six week GP check to begin postnatal yoga classes or after at least 12 weeks after a Caesarian. All abilities are welcome to attend, including those new to yoga and there will be time at the end of class to chat to others.
