A planning application has been submitted to Portsmouth City Council under reference: 21/01391/FUL, dated September 2021 for change of use of existing building and conversion from gym (Class E) to form 4 no 2 bedroom flats (Class C3); construction of two additional storeys (including mansard roof), installation of windows to rear and alterations to fenestration, subject to conditions.

We are advised that this application has subsequently been amended so as to allow for one additional storey and one additional flat at second floor level. We are further advised that the City Council have indicated that a determination in respect of the planning is due on or before 2nd February 2022. Prospective purchasers should rely on their own enquiries in this regard.
