THE Spring Arts & Heritage Centre has been collaborating with a group of eight Havant schools on Bright Young Minds, an exhibition showcasing the work of local children and young people.
Featuring work from pupils at Infant, Primary and Secondary level, exhibition shines a spotlight on the creative work happening in local schools that supports children to achieve more and aim higher. The work featured covers a range of themes and mediums, but all showcases the outstanding work created by some of our local bright young minds.
The schools involved were Bidbury Infant School, Bidbury Junior School, Bosmere Junior School, Emsworth Primary School, Fairfield Infant School, St Alban's Primary School, St James' Primary School and Warblington School.
"I think that it's very nice to see different people's artwork" said Florence, age nine, whilst Jackie Jones, Headteacher at Bidbury Infant School commented that it's a "fabulous selection of artwork showing all the age ranges and developmental stage."
The exhibition runs until Friday 6 April at The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre, Havant.
