GRAYSHOTT Pottery’s one day courses are the perfect start for people wanting to try their hand at throwing clay on a potter’s wheel.

They run these courses in small class sizes to ensure you get as much one on one tuition as possible – and there’s one this weekend.

The course includes: clay preparation, throwing bowls and upright pots and one masterpiece fired and glazed.

Grayshott Pottery will also provide refreshments throughout the day and a tasty lunch with the group in the Kiln Café.

Made up of two one hour sessions (1pm and 2.30pm), it will include interactive traditional tales and an chance to make woodland animal masks.
