COMEDIAN ANDY Hamilton, above, returns to the Hampshire stage this autumn with his hugely popular show Hat Of Doom.

Due to illness, Andy was forced to postpone part of his spring tour but, determined not to let his fans down, he is now taking his show back on the road.

The multi-award-winner will serve up his one-man show, brimming with jokes, stories, gossip, music, cash prizes, nudity and trampolining, at The Brook in Southampton on September 23 For the past 30 years, Andy has been celebrated as one of Britain's most prolific and successful comedy writers and performers.

He is known to millions for his appearances on TV shows such as Have I Got News For You and QI, and is co-creator and co-writer of the BBC One TV hit sitcom Outnumbered, which recently completed its fourth series.

Other career highlights include cocreating and co-writing the classic Channel 4 TV sitcom Drop The Dead Donkey, and writing TV sketches for Not the Nine O’Clock News, Alas Smith And Jones, and The Armstrong And Miller Show.
