ISAACS PATRICIA Passed away peacefully on 7th April aged 64. A dearly loved Mum and Nan who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Reunited with her Husband Joe. Julie, Kaysha, Dominique Ken, Claire, Naomi, Bradley Doug, Chris, Keyannah, Jack Bill, Karen, Gemma and Hayley. XXX The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 20th April in the East Chapel of Southampton Crematorium at 2.00 pm.
