Revamp plan won’t be rushed
NO quick decision will be made on the future of the Winchester Station area, according to the city council leader.
Cllr Keith Wood said the council would take its time over plans to revamp the area.
As reported in the Echo, city architects have identified the site as “ripe for regeneration”.
Cllr Wood said: “There is no sense in dashing out and doing it because it should be done, we need to wait until we have all the information available.”
