POLICE are urgently searching for an Alzheimer's patient who has disappeared from a care home near Winchester.
Brian Kyle was last seen at The Tiled House Cottage care home in Southdown Road, Shawford, near Winchester, at 12.15pm today (April 3).
The 70-year-old was wearing a cream patterned jumper, blue jogging bottoms and brown slippers with a Velcro strap.
Inspector Julie Young said: “Mr Kyle suffers from Alzheimer's and is very vulnerable. He requires medication for his condition which he does not have with him and he is not wearing clothing suitable for this weather. So we need your help to find him as soon as possible.
“If you have seen him please contact police immediately.”
Anyone with any information is asked to contact North Walls Police Station in Winchester on 101.
