PHOTO website Flickr has upped the amount of space it provides to users for free.
Now, all users of the site can store up to 1TB worth of images and video on the service.
Previously, a limit of 200 visiible photos was imposed on users of the free service, while Pro subscribers, who paid around £17 ($24.99) a year could have an unlimited amount of space.
Pro users are unaffected by the change in terms of storage but they will notice the new design to the, which Flickr claims puts the image at the focus of the site, rather than the acres of white space that previously made up the layout.
