WINCHESTER man Joseph Morgan has been fined for a city centre attack on a man.
Morgan, 23, of Stanmore Lane, Stanmore, assaulted Andrew Galliott in Winchester High Street on July 21, magistrates in Basingstoke heard.
He was sentenced to a community order to attend 13 sessions of a control of violence for angry impulsive drinkers, ordered to pay £60 compensation and costs of £85
