FORMER council offices in Southampton are set to become flats.
Developer Northbrook Fall Comercio International has won planning permission to overhaul the site in Southbrook Rise.
The proposals are to build two studio flats, 17 one-bed flats and 41 two-bed flats within the building.
The offices have been empty since the city council moved out of them in 2011.
As part of the conditions imposed on the developer by the city council work must begin on the site by May 2016.
