PLANS to build new homes in Southampton were rejected after being labelled “garden grabbing”.
A city council planning committee turned down proposals to build three homes in Lime Avenue, Sholing, after councillors decided it would be out of character with the area.
Concept Design & Planning, agents for the applicant, said the plans would make good use of excess garden space. But several neighbours objected, along with ward member Cllr Daniel Jeffery.
