WORKERS at a Hampshire air traffic control provider will protest tomorrow over fears cost-cutting measures could affect the service.
Staff at air traffic control provider NATS, which has a centre in Swanwick, near Fareham, will protest outside the European Commision’s UK office over fears the measure will lead to a drop in air traffic management standards.
They argue support services including commun-ication, navigation, and surveillance, are an integral part of the core business provided by NATS.
The protest is part of a second day of action.
