THIS is the man police want to trace in connection with a distraction burglary in the New Forest.
A man visited a woman in Meadow Road, Pennington, demanding she pay him for removing green waste.
She was already expecting work to be carried out by the council so agreed to pay him £150.
He followed her into the house before asking her to meet another man in the garden who would explain the procedure.
When they left she discovered more than £1,000 was missing.
The first man is white, with a tanned complexion, 50-60 years old, 5ft 10 ins tall and of stocky build.
He wore fawn coloured clothing and possibly a hat.
His accomplice is white, in his 40s, of slim build, with short dark hair and possibly wore a blue top and jeans.
Anyone who saw the men in the area between 2-2.30pm on Saturday, February 8, should contact police staff investigator Chelsea Buckingham on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
