A SOUTHAMPTON teenager has had a night time ban from entering the city centre renewed after he admitted a violence charge.
James Harvey, 19, of Church Road, Woolston, pleaded guilty at the city crown court to affray and was bailed pending sentence on March 24.
Keely Harvey, defending, said the incident had already started when the teenager joined in and kicked somone in the area of the head and shoulder.
He then stopped but the affray carried on. Judge Susan Evans QC warned Harvey all sentencing options, including custody, would be considered.
