TWO brothers have tonight been charged with the murder of an Eastleigh newsagent in the street outside his home.
Jonathon McKinley, 22, and Samuel McKinley, 25, both of no fixed address, will appear before magistrates tomorrow morning charged with murdering Choudhry Zishan.
They have been held in custody since Sunday morning after Mr Zishan was killed outside his family's business, Newsmarket newsagent close to the Swan Centre shopping complex.
The arrests follow police activity at an address in Monks Way in Eastleigh.
As previously reported, the 35-year-old dad was attacked outside his store at about 4.30am as he set off to collect the Sunday newspapers for his many customers.
Mr Zishan, has a five year old son and lived above the shop with his wife Sabina, 30, who is three months away from giving birth to their second child.
Paramedics who had been called to the scene desperately tried to keep him alive but he died shortly after in Southampton General Hospital.
