HAMPSHIRE MP Caroline Dinenage raised £10,000 for charity by abseiling the 170-metre Spinnaker Tower.
Ms Dinenage, MP for Gosport, abseiled the landmark along with her husband Mark Lancaster MP in aid of the MS Society.
They raised £10,000 abseiling the 170m structure in Portsmouth.
She said: “It was a slightly nerve wracking experience as it's very, very high. I must admit that I encouraged Mark to step over the edge first. “However, it's all for a great cause that is close to our hearts.”
